Jack, a soldier who has been unable to kill anyone ever since witnessing his father's death as a child, returns to Italy in search of revenge. Lost and struggling with this weakness, he encounters Reno, the boss of a mafia organization, and ends up saving his life.
Using the incident as an opportunity, Jack joins Reno's organization. Determined to prove his usefulness, he attempts to win Reno's favor through seduction and successfully earns a place within the organization.
After Jack proves himself and officially becomes a member, Reno gives him an order: to kill.
