a Contest which players compete with more than thier hands, a light-hearted story that discusses if Rock-Paper-Scissors is really a "game of luck".
The arabic title "قرعة اليد" is unused name for the Rock-Paper-Scissors game.. so the english one too : "Hand Command" is translation of this game very old chinsese name.
