Hae-jo, a half-breed descended from the poisonous Jimbird. Due to an unfortunate accident involving his toxic feathers, he was banished to the human realm and is allowed to return to the divine realm only during the mating season.
However, because of his poisonous bloodline, no one is willing to mate with him, leaving him a bachelor and a virgin to this day.
Upon hearing that half-breeds have lifespans as short as humans, Hae-jo gives up on finding a mate and decides to steal an egg instead.
Yet, just as he is about to abandon all hope after failing to steal even a single egg, he stumbles upon what appears to be an egg...!
However, it is not an egg, but the sealed power of the Wolf King.
The power of the King must belong to the King.
To reclaim the royal power that Hae-jo swallowed, some of the more radical wolves argue that Hae-jo must be killed immediately.
Yet, Hae-jo ends up making the audacious declaration that he will return the King's power through "mating"...!
